Shaped from giant clam shells with only bamboo and sand, these hard marble like rings have an exquisite, luxurious quality.  These rings were, and to some extent still are, valued and used as currency. The notching represents the hornbill which has spiritual significance relating to fertility.  On a  nickel paint over steel and walnut custom base.
