An engaging mid-century etching by New England artist and teacher Letterio Calapai. His work is included the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Fine Art Boston, the Library of Congress and the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco, among others. This print has beautiful strong color and is printed at an odd angle on the paper – please see photos. A bit of tape remains in the upper right corner and there is a small area of skinning in the upper left corner where the tape must have been removed; it is tipped onto the mat at lower left edge.
